Payment: Hourly rate jobs are charged at the minimum requested hire time regardless if the full duration is not used then charged at every starting half hour. Fixed-price jobs are charged at a fixed cost regardless of the time taken to be complete the job. Payment must be made via bank transfer or card online prior to the start of the job when requested.

Guarantees: Unless we have provided a fixed price, we do not give any guarantee as to how quickly the service will be completed. With certain services, for example, but not limited to, blocked pipes, it may be necessary for a number of tests to be carried out to identify the exact location of the fault, and whilst these will be completed as soon as reasonably practicable, by their nature, it is not known which test, if any, will yield results.

Drainage Jobs: Please note that we cannot accept liability for any blockages that reoccur more than 48 hours after our initial unblocking service. If a blockage returns after this period, it is likely that an underlying issue remains within your drainage system.
